The apartment has recently been renovated. The apartment is is on the ground and first floor (two bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor). On the ground floor, there is a third bedroom with full bathroom as well as the kitchen and open-space living and dining room where guest will find an additional sofa-bed. The garden is at the guests' disposal for eating and relaxing outside throughout their stay. Guests can also enjoy the shared swimming pool area (open from May to October, depending on the weather) and tennis court between the Tuscan hills. The property is ideal for nature lovers who enjoys walking and/or biking tours in the beautiful Tuscan countryside and also allows for relaxing retreats to the nearby thermal resorts.
