The garden of more than 5000m² with swimming pool, playground for the little ones, and the not to be missed petanque court (Jeux de boules). Plenty of space, comfort, and absolute tranquility. With us no surprises, linen, final cleaning, everything is included. €500 deposit to keep it all that way. The space Description Ground floor You enter the gîte in the spacious entrance hall. On the right you will find the "brown" salon, ideal for cozy evenings if it is too cold outside. On the left you will find the spacious 'white' salon with a large dining table for 12, a large sofa and coffee table with the TV cabinet. A little further on, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a double sink and shower, and a separate toilet. Even further, a few steps down, you enter the spacious fully equipped kitchen. First floor A large bathroom with double sink, shower, bath, toilet and bidet. Opposite the bathroom there is a bedroom with a double bed. On the other side of the landing you will find two more bedrooms: one with a double bed and two single beds; the other room with two single beds. There are two baby beds available. ​Second floor On the second floor is a spacious room with double bed and private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Outside From the kitchen, you walk into the large courtyard. Part of the courtyard is covered and furnished with a large table and cozy lighting where you can enjoy warm summer evenings. In the courtyard there are several tables and chairs, 2 BBQs and a ping pong table. Through the large gate, you walk into a garden of 5000m2 where the children can romp. At the back of the garden, completely shielded, is the heated swimming pool of 50m2 with a large terrace with sun beds and parasols. Other things to note Sheets and towels are included in the rent of your stay. We do ask that you do not use our towels at the pool. The house has been cleaned and the beds are made when you arrive. We do ask that you leave the house tidy when you leave.
