My place is close to Golf Courses, parks, art and beaches. You’ll love my place b/c It's center of everything, 1.75 hrs to Disney, 45 minutes to Tampa, 45 minutes to Clearwater and of course local attractions like Weekie Wachee Park and the Gulf of Mexico within 10 minute drive. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friend (pet) The space UPDATED bathroom; new vanity, and new large walk-in shower The backyard is fully fenced for your furry friend and has a firepit for those cold nights. There is a great patio with gazebo, that has mosquito screening and curtains off the Florida room. Tables and chairs to eat outside and a gas grill for you to use. Guest access You have the entire home except for the garage (currently used as storage). The entire yard, back yard is fenced for your furry friend. Other things to note great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. Please make sure when you book, to put down how many guest will be coming in your group. No parties
