Small house close to the sea and city

Newly built guest house with two bedrooms in a rural setting. Beautifully surrounded by forest and fields. Large and lush garden with possibility for games and play. Walking distance to the sea and lake with three nice swimming areas suitable for children. Close to both Stockholm and the archipelago, 30 minutes to Stockholm city by car or bus from Gustavsberg. It's best to travel by private car. Bicycles are available. Also suitable for longer stays; there is a work area and fast Wi-Fi, so you can work "from home." Washer. The space There is room for a family with two children and a baby. One double bedroom and the other with bunk bed. Workspace with desk in small bedroom. There is also access to a crib, high chairs, and a baby bath if desired. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, AC, wifi. For those who stay a little longer, there is a washing machine in the basement. From the balcony or living room, you can often see deer, cranes, foxes and, if you're lucky, moose. Small terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue is available. We have chickens that you are welcome to visit and feed. Guest access The guest house is located on our property, but you have your own lawn, patio, barbecue area, balcony and parking that we do not use. There are soccer goals, outdoor toys, bikes and a trampoline that kids can have fun with. In the basement, there is a table tennis table. We have games and toys for younger children for rainy days. Other things to note If you are interested, we have eggs and meat from our own hunting for sale. What we have may vary depending on what the forest has given us. It could be moose, wild boar, deer, red deer and fallow deer. Sometimes we use the garage and workshop in the basement of the guesthouse. If we are in the workshop for a longer time, we will notify you as a guest before. We also want to remind you that guests should clean up after themselves upon departure. If you do not wish to clean, you can purchase final cleaning for SEK 800.
