Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property. The space This is a new building built for guests' comfort. Studio apartment with a living area kitchen and sofa bed, sleeping area with a king size bed. All open plan not two separate rooms. Separate shower room. You'll have nature all around you - owls, deer, bats, squirrels, pheasants and more. Guest access The guest apartment is set up in our back garden next to the wood. It is 50m from the parking area with about 20 steps up. The whole of the guesthouse is for your private use. You are free to walk in the woods - but they are managed for wildlife so they are not a formal garden. Please read information about ticks in property. Other things to note The hot water tank is heated by an immersion heater and gives 15 minutes of hot water at a time. You can then press the boost button twice for more hot water. This will take about 1 hour to heat up. There is a small kitchen with sink, hob, microwave with convection oven, fridge, and cooking and serving utensils. There's a superb strong shower fed directly from the hot water tank.
