Welcome to our spacious riverside retreat, where modern comfort meets natural beauty. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is just off the Pacific highway, conveniently located a short distance outside the town of Macksville. With a spacious interior and a large patio/deck, it’s perfect for any number of guests. Take in the view of the river, or take a stroll through the thriving garden down to the riverside, where kayaking (provided) or fishing awaits. The space The highlight of this place may be the view from the deck, but this beautiful home includes A spacious, fully stocked kitchen with a variety of oils and herbs, along with tea and coffee. The dining area seats 10 people. The living room has reclining lounges, a TV with Netflix and closable doors, so those late-night binges don’t disturb anyone’s sleep. Bedroom 1 is the master, including an en-suite (bath & shower), a walk-in-wardrobe and direct access to the deck. An air-conditioner is also in this room. Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds and a walk-in-wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and a built-in-wardrobe. Bedroom 4 (if required) is quite large and has a King bed and 2 singles. The patio has comfortable seating and a table that can dine 6, so that you can dine with a great view. It overlooks the garden and river, the perfect place for a morning coffee or a drink in the evening. The garden is the only shared place on the property. Guest access The entire top floor of the house is for guests' private use. Your access points are entirely private and separated from us on the property. Access is only shared to the very large garden, forest and river. Other things to note A full kitchen with a variety of oils, herbs and spices is provided for guest's private use. If you didn't want to cook every night or meal, delicious breakfasts, lunches and or dinners can be provided. The hosts prepare meat lovers and vegetarian food. With notice, special dietary requirements are catered for. Also homemade hampers for picnic lunches and takeaway toasties with coffee to go. YUM! During winter the fireplace is set and firewood provided. When making your booking please notify us of your sleeping requirements (see above). The Family Room has immediate access to the balcony and the nicest view of the vegetable and flower garden (which is screened from the main garden by a tunnel of passion fruit) and river and also the carport. The most important thing to note about this bedroom is that the bathroom is 26 steps away. A couple sharing the same bed can also make the decision on which room they want to stay in upon arrival.
