The historic pastorate is located in Petersdorf on Fehmarn. Behind the listed façade is a classic, modern design. The historic Pastorat - Villa Mika+Luka consists of two adjacent houses. The living space is about 320 square meters and is spread over two levels. In total, it can accommodate 12 adults (+ 2 toddlers and 2 babies). The space Villa Mika Villa Mika is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor there is an open living-dining area, a large bedroom and 1 shower room as well as a full bathroom. The dining area is dominated by a heavy spectacular dining table for 8-10 people. The kitchen consists of an open 8 m kitchenette with induction and invites you to cook together in a large group. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds (box spring beds) and a small children's room. In the open hallway there is a sofa bed. All tiled areas on the ground floor are equipped with floor heating. Villa Luka Villa Luka is also spread over 2 floors and can accommodate 7 people (max. 6 adults) On the ground floor there is an open living-dining area, a large bedroom and 1 shower room. The dining area is dominated by a dining table for 8-10 people. The kitchen consists of an open kitchenette. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms (double room + cot) (family room; 3 single beds) and a full bathroom. All tiled areas on the ground floor are equipped with underfloor heating Pitch pine floorboards on the ground floor, an elaborately restored staircase, visible ceiling beams, represent a charming contrast to the modern interior design. The building ensemble is surrounded by a wall system and a wrought-iron gate entrance. The courtyard itself is characterized by gravel and granite stones and roses. The terraces have tables with seating for a total of 12 people as well as charcoal grills. PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide bed linen and towels – please bring your own.
