Two double bedrooms share the family bathroom and have wardrobe space. With all the essentials, you will find comfortable beds, whizzy wifi and a well-equipped kitchen. Street parking available. The space Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest. Guest access You are renting the whole flat - you are not sharing with anyone else. Other things to note Just so you know: we are superhosts.
