The Hillbilly is an 8x30 travel trailer renovated to include a real bath and totally functional kitchen and bedroom! Please note: *** •Cell Phone Service and Internet can be intermittent at times. Sorry in advance! •Tall people over 6 ft might be a little challenged, the bed is a short queen and the shower is about 74”. Spacious and private, the Hillbilly sits on a property with 2 homes and an art studio - situated 120 acres. The Hillbilly is completely separate with a private entrance. We do have 2 dogs that roam freely - Guest's dogs must be on leash when outside. I am always available by text or phone! Since this is our home, you may or may not see us around! We are happy to meet and interact or totally give you your private space! This is a very unique place that has been in my family for 140 years! The log home that my partner and I live in was built by my great grandparents in 1880 and resides on 120 acres. Do note, the pasture that the Hillbilly overlooks is my neighbor’s property with specific access. If you want to do some hiking (which I encourage), I’ll be happy to explain the parameters! Even though you are totally in a country setting, you’re only 15 minutes to Nashville West or Bellevue! Both of which have major shopping places and restaurants! And downtown Nashville is only 18 miles away! The Hillbilly is the perfect for a couple or individual wanting some private space, country air, creative inspiration through nature, time out, retreat...all that...with the option to explore all that Nashville has to offer within a few minutes! We are in a beautiful, quiet, place in the country, surrounded by forests and hills, but with that comes some challenges! Both cell phone and WiFi can be sporadic! We are in the process of trying to remedy that, but it is right now. The Roku tv works well, but some apps won’t load! I take it as a clue to stop looking at your phone!! ( we have a cell phone amplifier at our house right up the hill that you can come up and hook on to if necessary!
