There is no breakfast on site but there are a lot of places nearby that will offer breakfast. The space TANCOR 3 Residential Suites is a home for you and your loved ones. It is located at the heart of the city and only a few minutes away from all the buzz in the city. We offer different sizes of room units to cater you need ranging from Studio units, 2-bedroom units, in order to give you the best option for you style of living at very affordable rates. Guest access TANCOR 3 offers the best amenities such as: *Outdoor swimming pool *Gym *Sauna *Dance hall Aside from the amenities, we offer services to maximize the experience such as: *24-hour security *CCTV cameras *Once a week room cleaning service *Maintenance *Elevator *Free WiFi Our TWO WAY Intercoms are located right outside your room, at the center of the hallway. You may call the office if you have any concerns or need any assistance. You may also call the guard if you want to request for taxis. The rooms have One-Way Intercom. This is for the guards to inform you of any taxi's you have requested. Other things to note TANCOR 3 operates as a service apartment. We do not have any breakfast available in our area. Instead, we would like to maximize your home living with the utilities we provide such as the kitchen and laundry area. Public WiFi is given for free at 10mbps Premium WiFi has an upgrade at 25mbps but is charged at ₱70 per day. Guests visitors are allowed inside the premises until 10pm only. If the guest's visitors would like to stay beyond the visiting hour will automatically be charge ₱350 per head. Note: Please be aware that the building has no direct access to IT park.
