Go kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. A half hour away, there is Wellsboro, home to the Tioga Central Railroad and the Wellsboro House Brewery. Go on a train ride past the lake. The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon offers biking trails and rentals, as well as horse drawn wagon rides. We are also an hour away from Cherry Springs State Park, one of the best places on the east coast to go stargazing as it is a Department of Conservation and Natural Resources registered Dark Sky Park. Fifteen minutes away there is a guided bee apiary tour, known as Draper's Super Bee Apiaries. Corning, New York is about a half hour away and offers the Corning Museum of Glass as well as shopping along Market Street. Twenty minutes beyond Corning there is Watkins Glen, NY home to an international race track and a walking trail up the glen.
