Beautiful open island house

Quiet, bright, 2 floor house with rooftop near the beach. Stunning and completely unobstructed green view. 10 minute walk to one of Hong Kong's nicest beaches and 5 minute walk to some shops and restaurants. Family friendly (has a children's bedroom/crib). *Our place is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings. The space We are located in a quiet peaceful area with easy access to town. Guest access The entire space is yours. We will have someone available to help with questions but will not be on the property. Other things to note As we live in a small, quiet neighbourhood and we regularly host Airbnb guests we want to avoid any issues with noise. We have strict policy of no parties and that noise is kept to a reasonable level including loud music, very noisy gatherings, large groups and drinking on the the roof late (after 10pm) etc. We understand this may not suit everyone's requirements.
