Dear guests our house is set in beautiful cove of Kozja. House layout is perfect and spacious,three king bedrooms on first floor,on the ground floor are kitchen,dining room,king size bedroom and bathroom. In the whole cove there are only 2 houses,peace and quiet guaranteed.Sea is only 10m away from the terrace.Surrounded by crystal clear sea and untouched nature you will feel breathless. The space The whole space is bright and sunny, comfortable and feels like Mediterranean home. Space layout is great and spacious,you have 4 bedrooms with king size beds for sleeping, bathroom,kitchen and dining room. In front of the house there is a big terrace with huge dining table in natural shade,on the first floor two bedrooms have dream view to crystal clear sea and islands and one room on the first floor view on a big field and numerous pine trees. Guest access Guests can use all spaces on property even small shed next to it. Other things to note There are only two houses in the whole bay so you will enjoy piece and pure nature during your stay.Electrical power is provided by a set of batteries and solars enough for charging cell phones, laptops and house lighting. Hot water is also provided through solar power.
