In absolutely the best residential location, a spacious and cozy apartment with large balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV, radio, free WiFi ! Parking spot outside the house. We are a friendly, active retirees - couple. Our guests are friends of the house! Especially in these current times, we put the utmost care into a clean and now also correspondingly disinfected accommodation. The space If you love it a little more spacious and luxurious, then our apartment is just the right alternative to a hotel room. Quiet yet central. City center by bus (stop 2 minutes) or also on foot (10 - 15 minutes) very easy to reach. Kitchen is fully furnished. Also suitable for longer stays. Guest access Wi-Fi free of charge. Separate access. Other things to note For longer stays, the apartment is cleaned once a week and towels are changed. There are costs of €30, Tourist tax must be paid to the city administration per day/guest 2,80€ tourist tax. There's an array of perks. Excluded from the fee (tourist tax) are guests that are here due to work.
