Single room with a French bed, located on the ground floor inside our loft. It has a smart TV with Netflix, Prime and other platforms. The dedicated private bathroom is adjacent to the room, in a separate and reserved area, equipped with a large shower. The room is not equipped with an air conditioner but with a portable water air cooler. Bright environment, with attention to detail, ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy and tranquility in a welcoming and original setting. The space The private room is located on the ground floor in a charming old farmhouse renovated in a modern loft style, surrounded by 1000 square meters of flower garden with an air-conditioned outdoor veranda. Bright spaces, with attention to detail, original and welcoming. A small swimming pool is available in summer. The house has 2 bedrooms, not equipped with a separate entrance. Fast wifi and free parking included. Guest access Guests will have access to their private room with bathroom, the air-conditioned outdoor veranda, the furnished garden and the small summer pool. Some spaces in the house are shared with the owners, who live in the property and will be happy to offer assistance or advice if desired. Other things to note The hosts also live in the property, and are always discreet and helpful. We share the spaces with two affectionate and well-behaved kittens, who love the tranquility of the garden. The environment is serene, ideal for those who appreciate a familiar and natural setting.
