Nice and pleasant apparemment Fully refurbished of 30m2 and its sunny and quiet balcony with View of the park. The appartient is on the third floor of the Condo without lift, next to the dune. shops, beach, events and market are accessible by foot. Car park is free in front of the building. You will enjoy a nice stay without having to take the car and enjoy the best surf spot of the coast. There is a skatepark in front of the building. The space The appartment is 30m2 big and with a closed bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony, a living room/kitchen. You can take your breakfast on the fully furnished balcony with the sunshine. The apartment is refurbished with 1 140 cm bed and a 140cm convertible coach. Bedsheets, blankets and pillows are provided. We also provide you with shower towels. The Wifi is available and you can watch Netflix on the 4k TV in the living room. It is a non smoking appartment, parties are not allowed, no pet either. If you find that it is not clean enough when you arrive, take pictures of what needs to be cleaned and I will send the cleaning lady to make sure it is clean.
