Cozy & air-conditioned studio for 2 people "La Fontaine"

Come and spend a quiet and pleasant time at the gates of the Médoc in the air-conditioned studio of "La Fontaine" located in the very quiet neighborhood of Feydieu. 25 min from Bordeaux by car, close to the Châteaux road (La Lagune, Saint Estephe...), 45 minutes' drive from the beaches of Lacanau, Hourtin, 5 minutes' walk from the forest. The studio is close to our house but we will be discreet during your stay. Pets not allowed! A parking space is reserved for you in the enclosed courtyard. The space The 20 m2 are composed as follows: - Independent entrance with parking space in front of the entrance and waterproof outdoor luggage box. - Living room with 140 x 200 CLEI sofa bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, closets, reversible air conditioning, privacy blinds, vacuum cleaner, small wall closet. Duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcases provided. - Kitchen with induction stove, microwave, filter coffee machine, 1L kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Coffee, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar provided. However, we do not manage restocking. - Bathroom with large shower, toilet. Bath towels, shower gel/shampoo, hair dryer and toilet paper provided. However, we do not manage the replenishment. - Iron and ironing board are available upon request. Please don't hesitate to contact us about this. - Terrace with garden furniture for 2 and relaxation seating/small coffee table, clothes rack and clothespins, broom. Please note that the shrub hedge is still growing so sometimes expect to see a neighbor in our garden. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. From early May to early October a barbecue will be at your disposal. The ignition equipment is in the large gray chest outside and the utensils are in one of the kitchen drawers. A ping pong table is also available during this period (paddles and balls in the gray box). The studio is NON-SMOKING but an ashtray is present on the terrace (be sure to close the windows and the main door so as not to let smoke into the studio). Cleaning is to be done on departure (everything you need is under the kitchen sink). And the vacuum cleaner is in the entrance. Please refer to the traveler's guide on the kitchen table. A fee will be charged if this step is neglected or not respected upon checkout. PETS NOT ALLOWED Guest access Possibility to park a vehicle next to the studio entrance. Other things to note Regarding the bed, most of the time, the bed will be ready when you arrive. If you wish to fold the bed during your stay and enjoy the sofa, please refer to the method in the guest guide on the kitchen table. Since we do not charge a cleaning fee, we kindly ask that you leave the place as clean and tidy as it was when you arrived. The cleaning kit under the kitchen sink: cleaning products, cloths, disinfectant wipes. A few dishwasher tablets and rinse aid are available under the sink as well. In the bathroom, you will find shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, towels, hair dryer, toilet paper etc. Please note that we do not provide groceries. On your checkout date, please: - fold the used sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover and leave them on the bed. - leave towels/bath mats on the floor. - wash the dishes and store them. - empty the studio garbage cans (kitchen/bathroom) and sort it in the designated garbage cans outside - remove the used coffee filter - empty and clean the ashtray on the terrace.
