''The Muddy" is an adult only luxury barn conversion on the outskirts of the beautiful township of Alexandra, at the gateway to Victoria's high country and Lake Eildon. Sitting on 4 acres with a spectacular rural outlook, the Muddy is fully self contained within beautifully landscaped private gardens, all just a 2 minute drive to Alexandra. With a wood fire heater and air conditioning, this is the ideal couples get away in both summer and winter, all less than 2 hours away from Melbourne. The space This newly renovated barn conversion comprises of an open living area with exposed timber beams, a sleek new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a wood fire heater and glass sliding doors opening out to a brick paved pergola with an outdoor table sitting under the grape vines with beautiful outdoor lighting and a BBQ. A spiral staircase takes you up to an expansive bedroom with a queen size bed overlooking a wall of glass taking in the surrounding country side - the perfect place to snuggle into the over sized chaise lounge to read your book or take a nap. All newly renovated and finished to the highest of standards throughout. *The Muddy is not suitable for children. Guest access Although the Muddy shares the 4 acres of our home, it is completely separate in all aspects. It has it's own terrace, gardens, parking area and looks over a field that houses our pet sheep, Coco Pops & (Luke) Bruest. Other things to note We supply one load of wood free of charge for every 2 night stay. Extra wood can be supplied at the cost of $50 per load. This property is not suitable for kids.
