The house is a 5-minute walk from amenities ( pharmacy, bakery, grocery...) and just a little more for the lake. Ski resorts such as Réallon and Les Orres are 25 minutes away, 10 minutes from Embrun and 30 minutes from gap. The space the house is a little cocoon with everything you need for a good holiday, with a bedroom, a living room and a mountain corner. The bay window in the living room overlooks the garden where you can barbecue and enjoy life on the mountain and lake! Guest access you will have access to the whole house, that is to say the bedroom with a bunk bed, the kitchen with a washing machine, TV living room, mountain area with a double bed, and a small garden with mountain views and a little lake. Other things to note This home is ideal for a family with two children or even three, in the bedroom with the bunk bed it is possible to put a baby bed or a bowl, the house is perfectly suitable for young children. In the living room there is a sofa bed for a larger or smaller child, and there is a double bed in the mountain corner that overlooks the living room. On site there is a small bathtub to put in the shower ; and outside there is a small children's hut with a book for children and adults inside.
