25m2 condo with stylish design and full gym, pool, security amenities, and views of the Manila skyline for a spectacular stay in Malate. The amenities and bedding matches 3-4* hotel. Full disclosure. WiFi is globe and 90-95% reliable but there are outages. This is Philippines and there is occasional bug. You need a booking of >4.95 to be 100% bug free. The space Hey guys. I’m trying my best to provide what I want, and hope it satisfies you too. A big bed with 100% cotton sheets and cotton towels. Cold AC, wifi and Netflix. A small fridge for drinks and the occasional leftovers. Also the large pool and small fitness center are both available. What I don’t need, don’t want and don’t charge you for [nor provide ;)] are fancy shampoos, conditioners, lotions, coffee or water. My assistant came up with toiletry kits with soap, toothbrush and shampoo. It is Philippines and my apologies in advance for the occasional unexpected event like a bug or a slow wifi. I think there’s a hair dryer each unit but only 1 rice cooker between two units. The condo is equipped with a REAL Queen size bed 78"x60" (filipino Queen size beds are only 75" long and inadquate for most westerners) AND a pullout full size trundle bed 75”x54”. The Queen bed has a brand new 3” memory foam mattress topper as of September 1. Inform the host if you plan to use the trundle bed so it will be prepared 500 pesos. All sheets, duvet and towels are 100% cotton. The linens are 220-800 count cotton. There is an LG 43” 4K TV with Netflix subscription (new router installed April 11). There is a ceiling fan and air conditioner for your comfort. There are blinds and BLACKOUT curtains (as of September 1) to dim the unit in the day to enable rest after a long flight or travels. There are dishes, hotplate, and microwave for light cooking. Guest access The condo building provides Front Desk, Lobby, Security, and Maintenance. My guests can use the outdoor Swimming Pool and Gym Studio on the 6th floor. There is a kiddie pool, and white chase lounge chairs as well. There is a pay garage parking lot located at the back of the building. The Studio is cleaned and sanitized after every guest. Bed linen, and towels are freshly washed. Soap and shampoo provided. But don’t forget your toothbrush. My cleaner and assistant, and building security are prepared to provide guests with a comfortable, healthy, and safe stay at 8 Adriatico. We offer gym and pool amenities only seen at 4* hotels in Manila buy at a fraction of the price! Other things to note Trundle bed has an additional charge of ₱300 pesos; this is one time charge to cover the additional wash of sheets and towels. A low price compared to hotels that charge 500 pesos per person per night. Competitive low price aligns with other abb’s as follows: 2 towels, top and bottom sheet, 2 pillows. Towels and sheets are 100% cotton which exceeds other ABB’s. Extra pillows, towels, blanket available for reasonable charge upon request. There are 1 or 2 bugs that visit from neighbors. Pest control is every month yet it is Philippines and there are bugs. Airbnb does not charge Guests the amount of Security Deposit upon booking. Charges will be made accordingly in case there's any damage or violation of house rules after check-out.
