Small apartment with garden seating

The small apartment is located in the basement of our house and has a living/bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom that are currently being renovated. Nearby there are vineyards, fields and a bus stop. The space The apartment includes various seating areas in the garden. When I am in the house, dinner and/or breakfast can be booked optionally (Franconian or international) Guest access There is a private, sunny patio in front of the windows of the apartment. The garden and terraces of the house are also usable. Washer and dryer are located in the bathroom of the apartment. Other things to note The emergency doctor is sometimes audible.
