It is located 6 kilometers north from Huahin downtown, and 2 1/2 hours drive from Thai capital, Bangkok. It is a true gem with its private 12 meter long swimming pool. The villa is located within secure and guarded compound. It is the last house on the end of the road thus there is no through traffic. Therefore, you can safely leave kids to play on the yard without any danger from traffic. The villa offers for a safe escape from the busy world. The villa accommodates max 7 people in its three upstairs bedrooms. The living and dining rooms and the kitchen are located downstairs. There are two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs with washing-machine at your disposal. The Kitchen has all the needed electrical equipment and utensils for cooking and eating. Also, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, hot water boiler, mixer, rice cooker and electric grill are available. There is also a maid's room (non-airconditioned but fan-equipped room with separate toilet+shower room) behind separate entry door located in the end of the covered car park. This room is not for tenants to stay. Kid's waterslide, and extra sun deck chairs are stored in this room. There is a management office at the village 50 meters away to pass you the house keys upon your arrival. The Club House of the Palm Hills Golf Course is just few minutes car drive away. The course has one 18-hole course with the most challenging greens than in any other golf course in Huahin. All 15+ golf courses in Huahin area are within 30 minutes car drive from the villa. There is also a gym, 43m swimming pool and a sport centre at Palm Hills Golf Course with affordable fees of mere few Euros per each entry. No membership is required. NOTE: I am here renting out my family's unique holiday home, and therefore the villa has my family's personal items (shoes stored on entry room shoe rack, our golf clubs in the corner next to kitchen cabinets, clothes in master bedroom wardrobe hangers and one of its drawers, toys on kids' room table and storage boxes, dry food stuff in kitchen cabinets, and other stuff in a storage room under the stairs and writing desk drawers). These are stored separately and there is still ample space for tenant's clothes, shoes, personal effects, etc. in the cabinets, drawers and wardrobes in every room.
