To protect everyone from COVID-19 virus, we require each of the guests to submit a photo of their I.D. and "ANY" (1) of the following: a. Health Certificate issued by the guest's barangay. b. Rapid test result c. Swab test result The unit is FULLY CLEANED and SANITIZED before and after guests. Shoe cabinet is provided ▶ Clean as you go Guest access ✔ Our guests can access the ENTIRE CONDO unit that has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, and a kitchen. ✔ Our guests can access the GARDEN that is just 1 floor away from the unit and viewable from the unit's kitchen window. (Wearing facemask is a MUST!) Other things to note To protect everyone from COVID-19 virus, we require each of the guests to submit a photo of their I.D. and "ANY" (1) of the following: a. Health Certificate issued by the guest's barangay. b. Rapid test result c. Swab test result FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Can we bring our own food? - Yes! Can we cook inside the unit? - Yes! Where can we smoke? - There are dedicated areas for smoking. You can ask the guard assigned. Is party allowed? - No Do you allow alcohol and liquors? - Yes! But definitely no drugs or anything illegal What can I wear for swimming? - Proper swimming attire only. (FYI. Swimming Pool is NOT AVAILABLE during community quarantine period or until further notice) Can we use the grill in the pool area? - Yes! But you must bring your own charcoal (FYI. Grill Station is NOT AVAILABLE during community quarantine period or until further notice) Is there a parking available inside the building? - None. You can park your vehicle in Broadway Centrum, just a 3 minute walk from the building. They charge a fix rate of 50 pesos until 10PM and additional 10 pesos per hour until 6AM Can we bring visitors? - No. Only listed guests are allowed to access the building.
