The space The Treetop Room includes a private bedroom with private unattached bath and semi-private sitting room (PEOPLE OCCASIONALLY PASS THROUGH SITTING ROOM BUT EVERYTHING IN IT IS JUST FOR YOUR USE) with a garden view. Treetop is a beautiful, peaceful, cozy space. The bedroom (with full extra long bed) is very small (8’ x 6.5’) but is super cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Treetop is perfect for a solo traveler. The well-appointed sitting room has a great garden view, is nicely decorated, and includes a loveseat, desk, microwave, fridge, kettle, Brita, and Keurig that are all just for your use. Treetop is located on our second floor, with 12 steps up to the bedroom and sitting room, plus three more steps up to the private bathroom. There are also seven steps up to the back door guest entrance of our home. We welcome you with Chef Traci’s “Airbnb famous” blueberry muffins and dark chocolate brownies. A healthy self-serve breakfast is available anytime, with more muffins, fresh fruit, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, granola, toast, and Noah’s bagels w/ cream cheese. Traci is a cooking instructor, and the private chef for a leading movie director. Ice cream bars and snacks are available anytime. Relax in a tranquil garden space that guests have described as a "sanctuary" and "like a resort". This shared space includes a raised deck with a comfortable sectional surrounded by dozens of succulents, as well as two other outdoor "rooms", each surrounded by wisteria and trumpet vines, dwarf maples, rose bushes, and succulents. Read a book while sitting on one of the teak Adirondack chairs. Have breakfast or work at the teak table. Pick some tomatoes or lettuce greens from the vegetable garden. We provide plenty of linens (600 thread count cotton sheets) & towels, natural shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion, hair dryer, and a well stocked “forget something?" basket of toiletries.
