House is extremely sunny and warm on a sheltered section, in a quiet, no exit street. Your room is down 1 side of the house with separate entrance, & is hotel studio size with ensuite bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities, bar fridge, toaster, microwave.. Opens to own private patio with table & chairs, & BBQ. Also beachfront table for guest use. The space House is situated at West End, the most sheltered and safe part of Ohope Beach. (voted N.Z.s favourite beach) Safe swimming directly in front of house. Large master bedroom (set up like a hotel studio) with quality 100% cotton beautiful bed linen on super comfortable new queen bed, suitable for single or couple,tea & coffee making facilities, ensuite bthrm, new LCD T.V, flowers, chocolates, etc. This room is very quiet & peaceful, but stylish. Garden view from your room, which opens to your own private patio, small seaview from patio, plus there is outdoor table & seat for guests virtually on the beach. No Breakfast provided but toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery etc set up for guests to enjoy their own breakfast from their sunny patio, or beachfront with panoramic sea views. Alternatively stroll 5 minutes to 2 great cafes for breakfast. Guest access . There are great coastal walks with stunning scenery that you can access easily from our property. Your room is in a wing of our house. separate access with lockbox. Toaster, microwave kettle etc provided if you want to make your own breakfast and sit enjoying sea views .Alternatively there are 2 good cafes for breakfast, 5 minutes walk. Other things to note We have 1 cat. There are no cookingfacilities.
