summer with super view,winter 2+1

i want to rent the house where my relative is currently traveling. The house is 10 minutes away from the beach. It is 30 minutes away from Istanbul. It can be settled in summer and winter. It is suitable for the family. It can be helped in everything. The host stays in the same building... Less than 1 month rental is not possible... The space cozy very popular with super views and cheap accommodation in a luxurious summer cottage Guest access shopping malls,nightlife ,beach,restaurants Other things to note there is no transportation to the metropolis.. please apply for at least 1 month or more...
