Come explore the city and stay in an updated Victorian located in the heart of downtown! This second-floor room has a beautiful sleigh bed with a plush mattress, European bedding and a stunning historic fireplace. There is a impressive 5-piece bath down the hall from this room. Only one room is rented on this floor at a time, unless you’re traveling with a larger party and would like additional rooms to accommodate your group. Check out my other Wanderlust listings! Permit: R=STRP-25-0021 The space This room faces the mountains and has a unique covered porch attached that can be used for luggage storage (note the fireplace in this room is nonfunctional). There is a meal prep area with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and dishware (tea, coffee and assorted treats are available). There is no sink here so dirty dishes can be placed in a dish tub nearby and trash can be disposed of in the recycling/ landfill receptacles. There is also a table here to eat, work or hanging out. In the entryway, you'll find information about the city including recommendations for fun things to do and great hiking spots! ***We have limited the number of rooms we're renting out for the safety of our guests, however if you are traveling in a larger group (more than 2 people) that you are comfortable sharing the bathroom/ dining area with and need another room to accommodate everyone please reach out to me.*** Guest access During your stay with us, you will have access to the covered front porch, the entrance hall, the dining area and of course your room and bathroom. You are also welcome to spend time in the front yard— there’s always a picnic blanket available if you’d like to lounge on the lawn. There is on-street, permitted parking on Weber (I’ll give you a permit to use during your time here) and non-permitted parking along the side of our home on Cache La Poudre Street. During your stay My husband, Charles, and I live on the first level of the home and I will be available throughout the day to address any issues that arise, offer recommendations in the city and make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
