#8 Lower room 1 full & 1 twin bed. 1/2 private bathroom, no TV This is a pet friendly room. We are located in a residential area. it’s very quiet and peaceful here. There’s not a lot of traffic We are located 1 mile from downtown. All attractions are within 2 miles of the home .While sitting on the back deck with fire pit you have a beautiful view of the Missouri River, sit, relax, and watch the sunset. Enjoy! The space Riverview is a 9 bedroom home, with 6 baths. Our beautiful backyard is the perfect view of the Missouri River. Each of our rooms have their own private 1/2 bathrooms, with two of our rooms (# 1 & #5) have a full bathroom. We do have a shared shower room. Full kitchen on main floor with all appliances and dining ware for all your cooking & baking needs. Dining room has available seating for 16. The living room has a TV w/ cable and an electric fireplace to get cozy. Our home also has a Sunroom, laundry facility, and a front & back deck. Super large back yard for you to enjoy. We do allow smoking, outside on front or back deck with provided ashtrays. Make yourself at home!!! Guest access There’s parking in front of the home. 3 car driveway and street parking available. Other things to note Please leave the house clean upon departure; stripping beds, taking out trash, and cleaning up after pets if you have them during your stay. I do not charge cleaning fees. Use anything you’d like in the kitchen/dining area, we have everything you need to prepare and serve meals. There is a dishwasher and cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. There is a washer/dryer. You will need to bring you OWN Laundry Detergent. Check the refrigerator/freezer and remove all trash. Pets are allowed, but NOT ALLOWED IN UPSTAIRS ROOMS #3-4-5. Please clean up after your pet and events, by keeping up the yard!! Smoking is permitted on the front and back desk, ashtrays are provided.
