The space Perched on the 5th floor of a typical Parisian building (note: no elevator, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues), our 85m2 apartment is a real cocoon. Bathed in light thanks to its southern exposure, the apartment is a haven of peace with no overlooking neighbors, where you can enjoy a clear view and feel at home while being in one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Paris. Decorated with care in a neo-vintage style, our apartment combines modern comfort with old-world charm. It has two large bedrooms, equipped with new, high-quality bedding: a Queen size bed from the Sobed brand, chosen by Sofitel hotels for their comfort, and 2 single beds. For the little ones, we also have a crib (many other amenities such as high chairs, toys are also available). The living-dining room is a warm and welcoming space, featuring a super comfortable two-seater sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Paris. The large table can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for friendly meals. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub for relaxing moments, as well as a washing machine for your convenience. Budding chefs will be delighted by our large kitchen, fully equipped and ready for use. You'll be able to prepare delicious meals just like at home! To stay connected, you will enjoy our ultra-fast fiber optic Wifi connection. For your cozy evenings, a large screen with a television package is at your disposal. A private parking space, located 300m from the apartment, is included in the rental. It's a must for those coming by car, as parking can quickly become a nightmare. Loud parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Please respect this rule to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. - Personal space: As we live in this apartment all year round, our personal closets will not be accessible to guests. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our private space. - Food: For short stays, it happens that there are some of our groceries in the fridge. We group them together so that you have enough room to store yours - Pets: We have a dog that lives with us in the apartment. Despite a thorough cleaning session of four hours between each stay, it may happen that a few animal hairs escape our vigilance.
