Villa Kunterbunt

Villa Kunterbunt: It is an apartment with approx. 50 m² in a Swedish house built in 2013 with a veranda including a carport. New from 2023: Wallbox for electric cars directly in the carport for a fee. My small farm shop offers you daily seasonal, fresh fruit & vegetables from my own cultivation in the period from March-October. Brandy, Pauline and Penny - our lovable alpacas - are also part of the fun. The space To the kitchen: The previously existing pantry was replaced by a fully equipped kitchenette in January 2020. Toaster, kettle and coffee maker are available. We provide you with bicycles to explore the beautiful Nordheide. For your car, we provide a carport space right by the house. The nearest shopping facilities are located in the larger neighboring towns (Sprötze, Hollenstedt, Buchholz and Tostedt) approx. 5-10 minutes by car. Other things to note The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. The complete linen package for the bedroom/bathroom and kitchen is included in my price.
