Vacation apartment in the annex on 2 floors. Private entrance, anteroom with wardrobe and sauna. Open attic with kitchen, living and dining area. In a niche is a double bed (in the living room) Chilling, fireplace, TV! Terrace: seating area, umbrella, gas grill and views. + Bedroom - double bed, crib on request. Bathroom, bathtub and shower. Swimming area 20 m on the river - if the water level allows it. Cross-country ski trail by the house 15 min. to ski resort, 5 min. to lake Hiking The space This apartment with space for up to 4 people is located on the edge of the Steyrling. The apartment is cozy and very comfortably furnished. From the washing machine to the grill, to the hand blender and sauna. Natural material, wood and slate dominate all rooms and create a cozy atmosphere. The open living area impresses with its high gable. A fire in the fireplace provides cozy warmth. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the mountains and you can hear the gentle sound of the Steyrling river, which flows not far from our house. Here is a large gas grill ready for you. The Finnish sauna invites you to relax. There is 1 bedroom (with travel crib on request) and a large room with an open kitchen (fully equipped), a cozy couch (sofa bed), TV with satellite connection, a fireplace and a dining table. The second double bed is next to the fireplace in an open private room, but integrated into the living room! From there you can look at the fireplace, watch TV or enjoy the beautiful view of the Sperring. From the large room, you can access the terrace. In spring, summer and autumn you can enjoy breakfast here in the sunshine. Our standard includes 2 pillows per person and plenty of large and small towels, cozy blankets and small items such as some coffee, shower gel, toilet paper, oil, salt and pepper ... For families, there is a changing table, a high chair, and a stair, fireplace and door safety gate. The windows can be locked. We rent canoes and sea kayaks, including protective equipment and transfer to the lake. Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit transfer rate.
