The lounge comprises a 3 seater sofa and armchair along with a dining table in the bay window. There is also a TV, DVD/CD player and wireless broadband throughout. There are two spacious double bedrooms, both offering plenty of storage space. The first presents a kingsize bed, TV and DVD player, the second with two singles (can be made up as a King on request). In the cosy and inviting bathroom there is a bath with mains shower over and a large mirror with a ‘steam-free’ zone. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience with a kettle, toaster, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, induction hob, single oven plus combination microwave/grill/oven. Basic amenities will be provided for your arrival. The rear door to the property leads out to a large communal garden and a table and chairs on the patio where you can enjoy an alfresco meal or simply relax and listen out for the inimitable and exotic chirping of the ‘local’ parakeets! Guest access Guests have private access to the full property and use of the communal garden (shared with the other residents in the building).
