They are thoughtfully decorated and exceptionally clean. If you have a big family or group, we’re your best rental option in the Thousand Islands area! The space Your rental cottage is your own private home during your stay. Our shared property features include a seasonal heated saltwater pool, a shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, children's playground, campfire areas and a fishing pier. Additionally, we offer kayak & canoe rentals, plus dockage if you bring your own boat. (Dockage must be reserved in advance.) Guest access This exceptional cottage #12 is just steps from the river bank! It is a 3-bedroom, single story water front cottage with an amazing view. The 24 foot elevated deck offers a great view from above, a shaded retreat below and access to a waterfront yard. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with storage for your belongings. The spacious living area has a dining table with chairs as well as a queen sleeper sofa and leather recliners. The kitchen has ample counter space including a comfortable breakfast bar with stools. This cottage is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishes, pots and pans, etc., flat screen TV with cable service, wireless internet access, oak kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, outdoor gas grill, heat and air conditioning. The bathroom is an accommodating size with maple cabinets, a bath tub and ample storage. This cottage, along with our riverfront and dock area, is reached by stairs. This cottage is best suited for 6 people, accommodating a maximum of 8 people. Other things to note This cottage is fully equipped including cable & internet service, television, heat, air conditioning, refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, cooking & eating utensils, gas barbeque grill, bed sheets, blankets & pillows and cleaning products & supplies. Guests are requested to bring bath & pool towels and personal toiletries. For your convenience your rental is setup in advance with a starter kit, which includes toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. We request that guests staying 3 nights or longer take care of their resupply needs; the starter kit will hold you over until you are able to get to the store for your groceries and supplies. (Note - our seasonal outdoor heated saltwater pool is open mid-May to mid-September.)
