Our pretty family home is ideally located in the heart of Brignogan, between beach and village. It is 150 m2 and has a 100 m2 enclosed flower garden facing southwest. The space Ground floor: - The living room, very cozy with its fireplace, invites you to relax. It opens onto the dining room and its large convivial table overlooking the garden. - The open kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and sufficient dishes, pots, pans, etc...) - The shower room with toilet at the entrance of the house allows you to rinse off easily as soon as you return from the beach 1st FLOOR: 3 TWIN bedrooms with dressing room (each has 2 beds 80 cm wide that can be combined or not to compose as needed) and 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet 2nd FLOOR: 1 TWIN bedroom (2 separate beds) and 1 bedroom for 1 person with 1 shower room and toilet GARDEN: Garden furniture, hammock and barbecue available. CELLAR: Washer, dryer and freezer at your disposal in the cellar Wi-Fi available Guest access Street parking is available in front of the house. In high season, if there is no space you can park in the parking lot which is in the village a 2-min walk from the house.
