The house is surrounded by soft rolling Tuscan hills. The space This romantic house (60 m2) is perfect to accomodate up to 4 people in a large double bed (2.00m) plus a queen size bed (1.40m) facing the fireplace and TV. The main room is separated by an open wall with a arc, dividing the sleeping area by the dining area. The small kitchen, all open with glass windows looking the flowergarden, is equiped with a dishwasher, fridge, 4 point gas, small oven, american coffee machine and much more. Just outside the kitchen is a protected terrace with table and barbecue to enjoy the quite of outside living. The bathroom is with tub-shower, WC, bidet, washing machine and wardrobe room. Just outside near the kitchen is a small terrace to enjoy outdoor lunch/diner. Guest access Access to the cottage, terrace, parking and garden behind the cottage. Other things to note Linen for bed, kitchen and bathroom is furnitured by the property and all inclusive in the price. There is a remote controlled gate entrance and covered 4 car parking.
