Rooftop Retreat on Yongkang Street

We are offering our home with 60 m² (650 sqft) of living space and 36 m² (390 sqft) of terrace space on the famous Yongkang street. Please note that the apartment is a 5th floor walk up with NO lift/elevator. Reduced headroom height in the shower so not suitable for anyone taller than 1.85 m (6 ft). Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate kids or infants. Be aware that you will have to spend time to sort and take out your own rubbish to be collected at appointed times with rubbish trucks. The space The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, bedroom and tatami room (note in winter converts to heating in the living room and bedroom only but not the tatami room). Mosquito screens for all windows and french doors throughout. Living room opens out to a large terrace with access to washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchenette with microwave, induction hob, small fridge and filtered Pentair Everpure drinking water. Master bedroom with super king HÖVÅG mattress 180 x 200 cm. Please note we have our personal items in the apartment but you will have access to two double wardrobes. Tatami room with TV (stream your own Netflix but no cable) with two fold out single mattresses 90 x 200 cm. Please inform in advance if single beds need to be made up. They are however not comfortable for sleeping for long stays. Guest access The whole apartment with its two fabulous terraces are for you to enjoy. Other things to note Reminder again the apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift/elevator so be prepared to climb stairs and work off all the food on Yongkang Street! It is most likely that we will be away when you check in so if you need help with your luggage up 5 floors I suggest you negotiate with a driver that is willing to help you for an extra fee when you book your taxi from the airport (Dongmen station is 15 mins walk away). Long stay discount of 5% for two weeks stay and 10% monthly is reflected in the length of stay and the calendar will automatically adjust. Even with the cleaning fee you are expected to take out your own trash and you have to be present at appointed times to hand over the rubbish to trucks that stop for 10mins downstairs. I have instructions but would be helpful to Google or watch some YouTube videos to know what to expect. Any use as a location for filming or photography is by separate negotiation.
