The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern building with an elevator that connects to the underground parking lot and all floors, and has large windows that open onto the balcony overlooking the quiet life of the city. This side of Parrot's House is located on a quiet street with little traffic in all seasons, surrounded by equally modern residential buildings, so the apartment has a comfortable, quiet and cozy location in any season. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which has several operating modes. In the kitchen, guests can use all the appliances: an induction stove with 4 burners, an oven for baking or roasting, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster. Guests will find all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating in the cupboards. For guests with children, we will provide a crib and a children's table for feeding. Upon arrival, guests receive clean linens, towels, and blankets. Soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and drinking water needed for the first time are also waiting for guests. The rental price includes a free parking space in the house's underground parking lot. Our representatives are available to guests at any time of day to help with any issues that may arise. They speak Russian, Spanish, Catalan, and a little French, and can be reached by phone or in person. Guest access Guests have access to all appliances and all rooms in the apartment and on the balcony. Elevator. Other things to note 1. According to local regulations, the maximum number of people allowed in this apartment is 4 adults and 1 child. 2. Parrot's House is non-smoking! 3. According to Law 5/2017 of March 28, 2017, articles 26, 33, 34 of the Catalan Tax Law, guests over 17 years of age are required to pay a temporary residence fee (tourist tax) in the amount of 0.90 euros per guest per day but in an amount not exceeding 7 days, that is, if the guest stays for more than 7 days, they must pay the tax only for 7 days and no more. The guest can pay the tax in cash upon arrival to the host (host's representative) or through the Airbnb Resolution Center. This law does not apply to long-term leases. 5. The owner reserves the right to request a security deposit of 100 euros, which will be returned to the guests upon departure if no damage has been caused to the property.
