Casa del Gelsomino is the annex inside a large private villa that contains three other guest houses. Just 4 km from the cathedral of Noto, it is located in a quiet residential area and can accommodate up to two people. The panoramic saltwater infinity pool will give you moments of absolute relaxation. The space Casa del Gelsomino is spread across three floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a level terrace equipped with a table and chairs. Inside the kitchen, the internal staircase leads to the bedroom. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom (TV + air conditioning) with a panoramic window overlooking the pool and the hill. Through an external staircase, you can access the terrace equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs, with breathtaking views of the Val di Noto and the pool. A large solarium area equipped with deckchairs and tables and the wonderful saltwater infinity pool are shared with the three apartments inside the villa. Parking is not allowed inside the villa. • 🚫 Access to the property: For security and privacy reasons, it is not allowed to bring in external guests/friends who are not registered in the booking. • 🤫 Respect and tranquility: To ensure everyone gets the relaxation a vacation deserves, I kindly ask guests to maintain respectful behavior and avoid disturbing noise, especially in the evening and at night. • ⚽ Activities in the villa and pool It is not allowed to play ball or introduce inflatables of any kind, both in the villa and in the pool. This is to protect the safety, tranquility and decorum of the common areas. • 🚭 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas, with care and respect for other guests. • 🧹 Cleanliness and care of the spaces: I invite you to treat the house as if it were your own, leaving the rooms tidy and well cared for.
