The apartment is closed off from the main house, and only one wall of space is adjacent to main house living space. Onsite laundry is in shared space. The apartment is lightly furnished (includes queen size bed, dresser, bookcase, ample lighting, table and chairs). No pets and no smoking of any kind on the premises.
