Nestling in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Old Town, steps away from the vibrant Grassmarket and a short walk to the Royal Mile, our flat is an ideal place to relax and unwind after exploring the delights of this amazing city. With views of Edinburgh Castle, our bright, clean, comfortable flat can accommodate up to 4 guests and has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in Scotland's capital city. The space Recently renovated, our cozy flat is fully equipped to meet your needs. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, both of which have a top quality mattress for your sleeping comfort. Double glazing at all windows ensures that any outside noise is minimised for a peaceful night's rest. The fully fitted eat-in kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has been fitted with a walk-in shower. There is free WiFi and a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & BBC iPlayer for those times when you just want to relax at your home away from home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire flat. It’s hard to avoid stairs and steps in Edinburgh! Our flat has a stairwell but is only only 1 floor up from the ground so it is manageable. Outside in the laneway, there are about 40 steps leading up from the Grassmarket. We operate a key lockbox system. The key is in a locked box outside the front of the building and you will receive the access code prior to your arrival. You can arrive anytime after 3pm and let yourself in, without having to co-ordinate your arrival time with us. Check-out time is 11am. Other things to note If you are arriving by car, and want to drop your luggage off before you park, I suggest that you stop on Grassmarket (next to the "Made in Italy" restaurant) and unload. The flat is a short walk up a lane next to the restaurant. There is street metered parking available in Grassmarket, and also NCP Parking at Edinburgh Castle Terrace which is a 5 minute walk away.
