"Delsud" is located in Coly Saint Amand, 3 km from St Amand de Coly, a village listed with its 12th century abbey, one of the "most beautiful villages in France", about 20 minutes from Sarlat and the Dordogne Valley and a quarter of an hour from the famous Lascaux caves. The space Nestled on the hill on a fenced 8 ha plot, a mixture of old and contemporary, Delsud has been completely renovated in keeping with Périgord architecture while adding modern comfort and personalized decoration. It's a quiet and relaxing place. Great for families, or groups of friends. The pool is private (dimensions 10x5) and surrounded by a beautiful terrace redone and enlarged in 2023, with deckchairs and a garden furniture lounge area. Boxwood labyrinth, places to make forts. We have 4 donkeys, a pony, a dog, not to mention our mascot Caesar, our peacock... to delight the little ones. Beautiful views of the valley and sunset. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. On the ground floor, large living room on 2 levels with dining area and sitting area, open plan kitchen, laundry room Upstairs, 4 bedrooms including a dual-aspect bedroom: 2 with a 160 and 140 bed, and 2 with 2x2 90 beds. Master bathroom with bathtub and 2 basins Bathroom in the master bedroom with shower and sink. During the summer season, for history lovers, you will enjoy the typical villages, Sarlat, of course, visits to many castles or natural and painted caves such as Lascaux, among others. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate canoeing down the Dordogne or Vézère. For cycling enthusiasts, the village of Coly is located on the "Flow vélo" greenway route. This greenway starts from the island of Aix-en-Charentes and joins Sarlat. A dedicated site shows the exact route. In winter, you might be lucky enough to spot some wildlife such as roe deer, deer or wild boar. As soon as the temperatures cool down, a central stove (wood provided) heats the main room. The upstairs bedrooms are equipped with electric convectors.
