Spacious very comfortable modern caravan, black and white decor, with all modern conveniences including TV, aircon, toilet, shower, washing machine and full kitchen with stove, microwave, and a large fridge. Set in a peaceful rural setting with table and chairs to sit on outside . Outdoor bbq also available. Set amongst gum trees. Close to shops. Independent living. 20 minutes drive from the city centre, 3 minutes drive to a large shopping centre. The space A modern spacious caravan set in a peaceful rural setting under gum trees. On site only. A spacious caravan with queen size bed and a separate bathroom.The caravan has a good size fridge with freezer, 3 gas, 1 elec burner stove and oven plus microwave. All pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cups, utensils, toaster, kettle, iron, towels, sheets, soap, detergents supplied. Basic condiments include vegemite, peanut paste, jams, honey, sauces, vinegar, oil, baked beans, museli, tea, herbal teas, coffee and milk. An outside bbq is available for use. Airconditioned and TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hand basin, large mirror and washing machine (which is not large but works well) and clothes line outside. Seating outside to enjoy the birdlife and a wine at sunset. Pets welcome. Please let me know when booking if you have a dog or dogs and what breed. Dog sitting available sometimes if you want to visit national parks or want a dog free day, $20 per day, $15 per day for second dog. Please do not let your dog close to our house garden, feel free to walk them in our paddock. Guest access Very easy access for all vehicles including towing boats and vans Other things to note We have small dogs on the property but they are not near the caravan. They are locked away at night in our house, and the caravan is very independent from the main house. We have chickens and guinea fowls that may visit you. Feel free to feed them your food scraps as they are very tame. If you have a dog please have it on a leash so the chooks are not chased.
