The home is equipped with a Tesla solar panel and backup battery "powerwall' system. This means you're secure and without worries in the event of power brown/blackouts. The Tesla power system makes and stores its own power. 125V and 250V EV charge outlets in garage. The yard and home are cleaned and kept with environmentally safe products. Peeps, pets, children, bunnies and birds enjoy grass and garden veggies without concern. Security Cameras outside the front door and backyard gates. Guest access Upstairs rooms have wood floors. All bedrooms have closets, desks, fans and lamps. Two room have flatscreens w/ dvd and Roku. Large TV in livingroom. Premium Cable 1000Mbps, All movie channels, Sport Package - Redzone, ESPNx3, etc. Hall closets for extra storage. Enjoy large kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, wet bar, patio and fenced back yard. When booking mark dog(s) as pet guest(s) and include a description. Otherwise, No Pets! Sorry, no: cats, rodents, birds, reptiles. The cleaning fee is set at a minimum to accommodate guests who leave the place as they found. No need to make the bed or take out trash bag. A couple glasses in the sink is fine. But if there's a lot of dishes and mess then additional cleaning time is charged accordingly. BTW, no parties. Paid guests are welcome to enjoy the place and party, but it is not okay to invite non guests to hangout here. Meet them at an appropriate place.
