This beautifully renovated apartment is centrally located in the vibrant and multicultural area of Lavapies. Set up for either a short or long stay in Madrid, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Featuring a large living room, open plan kitchen (fully equipped), 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite), 2 bathrooms, with all the amenities: AC, heating, WIFI, TV, you will feel right at home here! Apartment not suitable for babies or kids below 7 years old The space This stylish apartment was fully renovated in late 2018 under the guidance of award winning architects, Arenaza Gonzales, and features an abundance of natural light due to its many floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies. Perfect for couples or families with kids, up to 3 people can stay here comfortably The apartment has been furnished with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable and great stay. The open plan kitchen has all new appliances including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a Nespresso machine. Linens and towels are provided for all guests, and in the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gels, soaps etc that will be more than sufficient for the duration the of your stay. Guest access Entire apartment It's a first floor with elevator The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator, and a 24 hour supermarket is located a short walk from the apartment. Other things to note Important: Flat has a 100L water tank to heat water.
