This brand new 2 story Craftsman home is located just 1.5 miles east of I85 off of the Pleasant Hill Rd. exit. We are 20 minutes to Stone Mountain Park, 20 minutes to Infinite Energy Arena, and 30 minutes to downtown ATL. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with open concept living. The space This home has a brand new premium appliance package, quartz counter tops, fireplace, lots of space, and a great soaking tub in the master bedroom! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home! A code will be provided to you before arrival to access the keypad lock on the home located by the front door. Guests have access to the 2-car garage. Other things to note This is a new neighborhood development so refer to the house manual for detailed instructions if it takes you somewhere else in the development. • There is no elevator in the home. We offer two showers/tub combos, one glass shower, and one separate bathtub. We offer a TV in the living room. Only on bedroom has a TV. • Check-in is at 4:00pm ET or later. • Check-out is at 11:00am ET or earlier. Late checkouts must be reserved two nights before checkout. Late checkout fee is $50/hour. • Congratulations! You found it! Incorporate the words "HQ Korean BBQ" your booking request or inquiry. This is a great place to eat nearby! • There can be bugs as this is Georgia (hot/humid). You can request pest control as needed. • After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.
