Adding to the charm of the main house, Lennox and Lewis (holiday let), our new Little Lewis hamptons-style cottage is well situated in the beautiful Jervis Bay beachside town of Callala Beach. Only moments away from the white sands and crystal clear blue waters of Jervis Bay you will be on the beach within minutes, being a leisurely and flat walk to the beach, about 150-200 metres away. The space Upon first glance, you’ll be delighted by an open-plan living, dining and french provincial style kitchen decked out with the latest appliances. Plus, sweeten the deal by swinging open the french doors in the main bedroom to the private courtyard for that truly french and luxurious experience. Accommodating up to four adults comfortably, you’ll truly feel on holidays while staying at Little Lewis despite being only 2.5 hours outside of Sydney. Guest access When you book at Little Lewis the entire house is yours. The property is separate from our other holiday let - Lennox & Lewis, and there is plenty of privacy between the two properties. There is an outdoor area with a barbecue and outdoor setting, to make those stays all the more enjoyable. Other things to note Owner's notes 1. We love our furry mates just as much as you do, and property is pet friendly, however we do ask that you request permission from us should you wish to keep your pet inside. 2. Having too many friends can be a serious problem when it comes to sleeping arrangements. We also have our Lennox and Lewis available for booking. There is just enough distance between our two homes to block out any of the loud sleepers 3. This property is fully self contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, dish detergent, toilet paper and food. 4. Linen sheets only and bath towels are complimentary. 5. We like our neighbours. Lennox & Lewis is a No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party house. 6. A bond is required before bookings are accepted in the amount of $250. Fully refundable upon inspection of property. 7. Unlimited wifi available for all smart devices. Property includes smart TV, in master bedroom and lounge room, however you will need to have your own login details for favourite streaming service. 8.
