The home has a 65 inch TV, Keurig & a comfy mattress to make you feel at home. Large yard with multiple seating areas to relax in. Swing set, pack n play and toys provided for families with kids. Just a short drive away from the Angelina National Forest & Steinhagen Lake for a day exploring ETX outdoors. The space This cottage has a separate large driveway, entrance, and yard that you are free to use. This older cottage was built around the 1950s and has lots of original charm. Please know the AC is provided by two window units and heat is by an electric fire place and space heaters are provided for extra comfort. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and the couch makes out into a bed as well. A pack n play is available for families with small children. Please note bedding is not provided for the pack n play for safety reasons. Unfortunately the cottage is not suitable for pets. NO SMOKING ON OUR PROPERTY. Guest access The driveway is perfect for a boat and the large (non- fenced in) yard is ideal to enjoy a morning cup of coffee surrounded by East Texas pines.
