Close to Sam Rayburn Reservoir for fishing and recreation. Enjoy a convenient, comfortable stay in a charming 1950s cottage with character and modern essentials. The space Have the best sleep away from your own bed at The Jasper Cottage. We provide cotton sheets washed in scent free detergent and a box fan to make sure you are super comfortable. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the living room sofa converts into a bed to accommodate additional guests. A Pack ’n Play is available for families traveling with small children. For safety reasons, bedding is not provided for the Pack ’n Play. Bathroom features a historic claw foot tub and ample room to get ready for an event. Guests have full use of the cottage’s private driveway, separate entrance, and private yard during their stay. The cottage was built around the 1950s and has lots of original character and charm. Please note that, due to the age of the home, it is cooled by two window AC units rather than central air. Heat is provided by an electric fireplace, with additional space heaters available for extra comfort. Pets are not permitted. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors. Smoking on the property will result in a $150 fee. Guest access The driveway is perfect for a boat and the large (non- fenced in) yard is ideal to enjoy a morning cup of coffee surrounded by East Texas pines.
