Welcome to the cozy coup! Situated on a half acre in the heart of Phoenix makes this the perfect dwelling to explore and unwind. The spacious yard, large diving pool, built in BBQ, shipping container guest house, and glass garage door make this getaway one of a kind! *there is an additional fee to have the pool heated *there are chickens on the property that someone will come by to check on every few days The space This unique property features two separate units, making it the perfect place for 2 or 3 families to stay, or room for a large group to spread out. The guest-container-house sleeps 4 (1 bedroom with a king bed, and one sofa bed/1 bath) and the main house sleeps 7 (3 bedrooms, 3 bath) We live here part time so the house is very kid friendly and kitchen fully equipped with anything you might think of! Guest access You will have access to the whole property with exception of the garage space. We access the garage for personal storage. There is plenty of driveway parking available for you. There is an outdoor gym available for use which includes a rogue system, rower, assault bike, free weights, basketball hoop, trampoline, TV and more. Other things to note ** Pool Heating ** Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The price is $80/night. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 85 - 88 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay. **this is a non smoking property**
