This condo is light and bright, it has a tv in both the bedroom and living room. A washer and dryer is also in the condo! All utilities are included. Expanded HD cable and WiFi. The AC is great on our hot days, and there is a cozy fireplace for the winter months (as well as FA heat) Other things to note We are not 4/20 friendly anywhere within our complex. If you are a smoker, you must leave the building completely to smoke.
