Feel Slovenia and green Ljubljana! Explore them from our comfortable and bright apt in central Ljubljana! Placed in a green residential area, close to Tivoli Park, Tobačna and some Faculties. Only 15 min walk from the city center, main tourist attractions and the old town. Perfect starting point to explore also other parts of Slovenia. On street parking (payable 7am - 7pm Mon - Fri), bus stop close. Comfortable stay for families, couples, groups, business travelers. Welcome! The space Our apartment was completely renovated in 2017, very comfortable (70 m2, 3 bedroms), bright, decorated with photos of Slovenia and can easily accommodate up to 6 people. It features an entrance room (with wardrobe, slippers), 3 separate bedrooms (one-, two- and three-bed room, with fresh linings and towels, hangers in wardrobe). The kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator with separate freezer, glass-ceramic cooker, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses and much more. A dining table can host four people, in the living space is a sofa and HD TV. The bathroom has a shower and a basin, is equipped with a washing machine, hair-dryer and first-aid kit. The toilette is separated. For the quiet relaxing moments, you can use a small balcony with two chairs and a table. Air-conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and kitchen & living area. All rooms are supplied with cable & wi-fi internet connection (speed of 100/10 Mbit/s). With completely equipped kitchen you can prepare gourmet meals of your choice. You can wash, dry and iron your clothes and have them ready for the rest of your journey. In the kitchen we offer you some essentials: salt and pepper, oil, white and brown sugar, slovenian honey, coffee & tea selection, cereals... There is always a special welcome package of homemade organic specialities, we made for you, mainly from fruits, roses and herbs from our garden (try our homemade jams, refreshing herbal syrup, liquor or herbal tea…), which gives our place a special eco note. You can safely park your car only few steps from the building (free street parking - usually available evenings and weekends; payable street parking close). SLOVENIA is small but full of beautiful gems so you can take daily trips. Here is our list of suggestions: start with Bled, Soča, Postojna and Piran. When staying for couple of days more we would add: Bohinj, Predjama Castle, Škocjan Caves… If you wish to see less known but also interesting places, wine cellars in the North-East (Ptuj), old town of Maribor, or Otočec and Mokrice castles (in the East) can be appropriate choices. LJUBLJANA is small and lively. We recommend some ' Must see' points to visit: Ljubljana Castle on a Castle Hill, Dragon and Triple Bridge, attractive promenades along Ljubljanica River with lots of unique bars and romantic restaurants with terraces. Every Friday (from mid-March through October) there is an Open Kitchen Market – a food market event in the city centre, where you can enjoy a variety of freshly made culinary delicacies. In Ljubljana you will find entertainment for all generations (bars and pubs, many free outdoor events, festivals, concerts, exhibitions, museums, Escape Rooms…). For relaxing moments take a walk to the green oasis of Ljubljana - Central Tivoli Park, or visit Ljubljana Zoo, lying under Rožnik Hill and surrounded by forest. We prepared a detailed HOUSE MANUAL with all the important things to note and plenty of reliable info & tips, to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. We will provide you with basic info about Ljubljana and Slovenia, in the apartment you will always find a map of the city and the country, and many more. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire place as your comfortable holiday home. Enjoy the privacy of each room, relax in the sunny living area or on the small balcony. Other things to note A TOURIST AND A PROMOTION TAX: Both have to be collected in the name of the city by the law and are ALREADY INCLUDED IN PRICE. A mandatory law requires every guest has to present valid government ID upon check-in. PERSONS OTHER THAN REGISTERED GUESTS ARE RESTRICTED FROM THE APARTMENT. HOUSE RULES: - NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME (apartment is located in a quiet residential area and not suitable for any parties). - QUIET HOURS FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM (have to be respected according to the residential house rules) EARLY OR LATE CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK-OUT: For check-in before 4 pm or after 10 pm, and for check-out after 11 am, an additional fee of 20 € is charged at the time of check-in. Thank you for understanding. LONG TERM RENTING: OUR ENTIRE FLAT IS OCCASIONALLY AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM RENTING (for stays 7 days or more a simple rental agreement is signed prior to check in). Suited for business people, project workers, researchers, students, who need a place for a longer stay - few weeks or months (quiet building). Entire flat is available to tenants. Assistance available throughout your stay. For longer stays, we can arrange extra cleaning of the apartment (on your request or scheduled).
